Whether you're a parent searching for the right support for your child, a teen figuring out who you are, or an adult ready to do something good for yourself — you've come to the right place.
I believe therapy works best when it feels less like an appointment and more like a genuine conversation. My approach is simple: I will meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, without pretense. The messy feelings, the hard stuff, the things you haven't said out loud yet — all of it is welcome here.
For families with younger children, I have a special place in my heart for play therapy. Children don't process the world the way adults do — and traditional talk therapy often isn't the right fit for little ones. Play is their natural language. Through play therapy, I create a warm, creative space where children can express what words can't yet hold, work through big emotions, and heal in a way that feels entirely natural to them. Watching a child find their voice through play is one of the greatest privileges of this work.
With over ten years of experience across a wide range of settings — including residential treatment, psychiatric hospitals, schools, substance abuse outpatient care, and crisis work — I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life's most difficult moments. That depth of experience means that whatever you or your family are facing, you're in capable, caring hands.
I work from a person-centered, trauma-informed framework, which simply means: you are the expert on your own life, and I'm here to help you access what's already within you. Our work together is a true partnership — one grounded in honesty, respect for your story, and real tools for growth. And yes, there's room for laughter here too, because healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time.
No matter your age or your story, this is a space where you are seen, supported, and never alone in the process.
