“Sometimes you got to get through your fear to see the beauty on the other side.”
— The Good Dinosaur

I became a therapist because I know how hard it can be to sit with uncertainty, fear, or pain — and how much courage it takes to face it. Therapy, to me, is about helping you understand yourself in a way that feels honest and freeing. My style is collaborative. I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also gently challenge you when you need it. Together, we’ll figure out what’s behind the patterns that keep showing up — and how to move toward something that actually feels like peace.

I studied Psychology at the University of Missouri, with minors in Sociology and Criminal Justice, and earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Belmont University.

I use a person-centered approach — you’re the expert of your story. I draw from somatic therapy, mindfulness, DBT, EFT, attachment work, CBT, sandtray, and I am trained in EMDR. What that really means is: we’ll use what works for you, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

I work with individuals aged 13 and up. I also work with couples. I’m trained in EMDR. I provide a LGBTQ+ affirming space.
Some of the things clients often bring into our work include:

  • Anxiety, depression and panic

  • Life transitions

  • ADHD, OCD, ASD

  • Body image, disordered eating, self-esteem, and identity

  • Relationship struggles and attachment work

When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me cooking Sunday dinner for the people I love. Hanging out with my dog Frittata on a walk. Building some LEGO flower arrangement while getting lost in a good audiobook.
