“What is essential is invisible to the eye.” – The Little Prince

Healing often comes from attending to the deeper parts of our stories - the emotions, memories, values, and agreements that are not always visible, yet shape who we are. I believe growth is often less about becoming someone new and more about maturing into someone you have always been. I aspire to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they explore these important layers at their own pace.

I work with adolescents and adults ages 8 and up, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey - discovering together how to help you live more in alignment in ways that feel true to you. I hope that within this space, we can collaborate toward real and meaningful change, while also allowing room to laugh, explore, and connect.

I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Expressive Arts Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic approaches, Adlerian therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other trauma-informed interventions. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity development, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. Together, these approaches allow us to attend not only to thoughts and emotions, but also to meaning, relationships, and the nervous system - supporting healing in a way that feels both grounded and deeply personal.

In my free time you can find me tending to my plants, treasure hunting at antique shops, making art (even if thrown away after), listening to music, hanging out with my many pets, and celebrating life with my friends.
