Asking for help is one of the most important and courageous steps in seeking mental health care. I’m so glad you’re here! I believe that everyone deserves support as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My office is one of my favorite places, a safe space where clients are seen, heard, and valued. My goal is to empower clients to explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and discover new opportunities for growth and healing. I specialize in working with clients ages 3 to 65, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.
I work from a person-centered perspective, tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I integrate a variety of additional modalities into my work, including child-centered play therapy, Adlerian play therapy, sand tray therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Outside of work, I enjoy photography, reading, puzzles, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. I'm a huge Swiftie and have been known to incorporate friendship bracelet making and subtle lyric dropping into sessions. If any of the above resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out! I look forward to getting to know you and your story.
Under the supervision of Dr. Racheal Phillips.
